Well, I have been generally slacking off around the world, as you will see from this video that I’ve taken in my current location in Casares, Spain (see http://holidayrentalcasaresspain.com for my exact location!).
BUT I am trying to get back on track, sat here with my breakfast of grapes and apple with a bottle of water… and there are PLENTY of hills to be walking in around here I can tell you.. hopefully easy enough for a bird in flip flops to handle 
I’ll be posting more videos of life out here, in the meantime, enjoy this one of me looking dog rough first thing in the morning…
