30 Days to RawRRR! Day 21 – Happy Birthday Nicola
Happy Birthday to my big sister, Nicola Cairncross! Celebrated with glorious blue skies and warm sunshine, we went into Brighton and tasted the delights of a fairly new vegan restaurant located within a ‘quality of life centre’ which also has some amazing aura-soma and massage therapies on offer in treatment rooms upstairs. In this video I share some photos taken today and also from my recent trip to Manna in Brighton and Arundel Castle.
