How To Make the RawRRR! Lush Lunchbox Smoothie
Welcome back!

I just made up another new smoothie and thought I’ll actually show you what it looks like AND name it *grin*
Ta dah! Introducing the RawRRR! Lush Lunchbox
In it is:
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 tomato
- 1 small wedge of lemon with rind on (unwaxed)
- 1 red bell pepper (capsicum)
- 2″ / 5cm approx. of broccoli stem
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1 sweet apple
Juice that little lot then pour it into your blender and whizz in half a small avocado and some icecubes. Yummmm.
