Well I’ve had another late one tonight, most unlike me, but I feel that I’ve had an early celebration for my detox success by sitting in a pub with a glass of titillating water, thankfully distracted by my uber older sister (the middle one), Heather Cairncross singing jazz accompanied by a fantastic band – will update this post with their details tomorrow when I get them off her…. also, read thru (or scroll) to the end and you will see a video I took of Heather singing.

Lots of people were there and I was delighted to meet up with Helen Pengelly-Johnson from GlutenFreeFoodies.co.uk and heard how she has lost a lot of weight in a fairly short time recently, by eating a more alkaline diet which includes juices! She was also lovely enough to give me a lift home which saved me an epic walk to the station in the freeeeeezing cold, thanks Helen x

So going back to reporting on my juicy update…

Today I hauled my butt out of bed fairly early for a Sunday to go to the supermarket, as I didn’t have any apples or pineapples or yogurt and there was a yogurt smoothie I was meant to be ‘eating’ first thing.

I loved the taste of it – Passion For Juicemaster I think it’s amusingly called, but really felt even more bloated after having it.  I think I need to steer clear of all dairy, definitely cow stuff (or cow snot as I call it), so won’t be doing that one again unless I bastardise it to suit me.

I also crumbled at the lack of poo action and got out my enema kit, carefully read the instructions and even more carefully lubed up the nozzle that I had to slip up my bum and did a plain filtered water enema.  I’m going to go into more depth on all this in tomorrow’s post as, to be blunt, I’m tired and I wanna go to sleep and I can’t be arsed to type any more  :P

Did your Mum say that to you too?  And you know what?  She’s right but on the other hand I feel that achieving goals is not all about will, it’s about desire and listening to your inner truth too, so you get inexorably drawn onwards.  Will is not needed, there is no choice.  It is written.

So I think a more truthful saying would be..

When a decision has been made, there’s a knowing and there will always be a way. So just do it.

Phew, I’m feeling sexier already ;o)
